In recent years,with the adjustment of agricultural structure and the improvement of the consumption level of the residents,the output of fresh agricultural products have increasing year by year.However,the perishable nature of fresh agricultural products causes a lot of corruption and deterioration in inventory and transportation,brings economic losses that cannot be ignored.Data shows that China's fruits and vegetables,meat,aquatic products and other fresh agricultural products in the inventory and transportation links loss of up to 20%-30%,12%,15%,only a year of fruit and vegetable losses to reach nearly billions of dollars.The inventory and transportation as th e logistics system of two im portant links,the cost of the logistics accounted for about two t hirds of the total cost.In the optimization of the logistics system to reduce the logistics cost,the optimization of the inventory and transportation links has become the main optimization object,however,there is a relation of benefit deviation between them,which limits the ability of the two to optimize the total cost of logistics.Research shows that the combined optimization of inventory and transportation can reduce the logistics cost of 6%-10% compared with the cost the single transportation optimization,and has great potential to reduce the cost.Fresh agricultural products as a special commodity,the total cost of logistics is generally higher than the conventional goods 20%-35%,so the integrated optimization of inventory and transportation to reduce the cost of fresh agricultural products is particularly important.Fresh agricultural products in the daily diet structure of residents accounted for 70%,its quality relates to the health and quality of life of hundreds of millions of people.The value of fresh produce depends greatly on freshness,so to speaks that freshness is the "life" of fresh produce.According to the survey,the Shanghai Quality Association carried out in thirteen large domestic malls of the survey for eight consecutive years,shows that consumers in the purchase of fres h agricultural products first concerned about the freshness of products,the degree of concern as high as 68.03%.In addition,scholars surveied the impact of fresh agricultural products to buy decision-making factors in foreign countries,the results shows that freshness is the preferred factor in consumer purchasing decisions.The impact of freshness on the demand for fresh produce is quite important,but the perishability of fresh produce itself,regional and short life cycle characteristics,so that the management of freshness is very difficult,and freshness is not only influences economic,but also influences the total cost of logistics system.In view of the importance of freshness,this paper puts forward the problem of optimizing the inventory routing of fresh agr icultural products with freshness,improving the quality of products and reducing the negative impact on the fresh agricultural products.Path optimization has proved to be an NP-hard problem,and in ventory path optimization is more complex than path optimization.Therefore,the inventory path problem is also NP-hard problem.For the NP-hard problem solving,the exact algorithm has been quite difficult,especially when the problem is large,it is not satisfied.At present,the method of solving the NP-hard problem is the i ntelligent optimization algorithm,which has a wide range of use and has a good solution efficiency for large-scale problems.In this paper,particle swarm optimization algorithm based on group intelligence is used to solve the problem of discrete problem and continuous problem.In this paper,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem of particle swarm optimization.Problem space to search for solutions,mutual cooperation and sharing of information,fast parallel search,compares with other algorithms have a very fast optimization efficiency.In this paper,the optimization problem of the fresh agricultural product inventory routing problem is discussed,and the optimization model is constructed with the total cost of the logistics system to minimize.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem model.The paper mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)Based on the s tudy of inv entory path problem and particle swarm optimization algorithm,an inventory optimization model based on the characteristics of fresh agricultural product transportation and inventory is constructed.The optimized particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal model,solves satisfactory distribution route and order quantity.(2)Considering the effect of freshness on the market demand of fresh agricultural products,this paper designs a function of demand depend on freshness,which introduces the function into the inventory routing optimization model of fresh agricultural products.(3)Using the optimization model and the particle swarm optimization algorithm designed in this paper,the paper analyzes the examples in the related literature,and validates the introduction of freshness into the fresh agricultural product inventory routing to keep the product freshness and reduce the system cost effectiveness.
