With the continuous improvement of the consumption level of urban residents, the consumption concept of residents has changed and began to focus on health, freshness and green. Therefore, healthy diet and high-quality service level have become the core competitiveness of urban fresh-keeping agricultural cold chain enterprises. The concentration and remoteness of large-scale production of fresh agricultural products and the dispersion of consumer groups determine the need to achieve cross-regional circulation under the conditions of ensuring the quality of fresh produce. Therefore, the distribution center is a transit hub within the urban area. The operation of the secondary cold chain logistics network is a key point in the completion of semi-finished products processing and temporary storage operations, and is of great significance for ensuring the freshness of fresh agricultural products and the efficiency of distribution services. At present, the perishable nature of fresh agricultural products has led to a large number of deteriorating goods damage costs in the urban cold chain logistics inventory and distribution links, which has brought about a large economic loss that cannot be ignored,so consider the reasonable cost of fresh-keeping costs. It can effectively reduce the probability of spoilage of fresh agricultural products, minimize the cost of goods damage, and ensure the freshness of products. In addition,in the cold chain logistics system of urban fresh produce, the inventory center inventory cost and the retailer distribution cost account for about 2/3 of the total system cost.Reducing the inventory and distribution cost of the urban cold chain logistics secondary system is key to achieve "reduce costs and increase efficiency".Therefore, the thesis first analyzes the composition of cold storage logistics inventory cost and distribution cost of urban fresh produce under the secondary system of urban fresh produce cold chain logistics, and also considers the freshness function, metamorphic rate function and preservation of fresh produce. The relationship between cost and other three factors,as well as the customer demand function affected by product freshness and sales price, and based on this,a model of inventory and distribution collaborative optimization based on single distribution center is constructed.Secondly, the thesis combines the problem of multi-distribution center distribution service in the secondary system of urban fresh produce cold chain logistics, and puts forward the strategy of transforming the multi-distribution center problem into a single distribution center based on the centroid zoning method. Then the thesis designs a genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm which is in accordance with the inventory and distribution collaborative optimization model. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal delivery volume and delivery times.Based on this, the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the most optimal delivery route scheme. Finally, the thesis is based on a fresh food in Beijing.Based on the actual operation status of the agricultural product supermarket chain, the example which accords with the model and algorithm of this thesis is designed, and the example is solved by matlab. The practicality of the cold-chain logistics inventory and distribution collaborative optimization model for urban fresh produce is verified by the analysis results, reliability.
