For a production system,the production and maintenance of equipment is two important components.And the production and maintenance of the equipment has been studied separately,and the production requires that the equipment be continuously available during its planning cycle and that the maintenance of the equipment requires that the equipment be shut down at all times in the event of a failure,Conflict will lead to a lack of coordination of production planning and maintenance plans.As a result,more and more research in recent years tends to optimize the production and maintenance of both,thus maximizing the benefits of the production system.Production scheduling is based on the production plan in order to make production efficiency is improved and the production of various tasks and resources for a reasonable distribution process.Production tasks will take up the maintenance time of the equipment,sometimes delaying maintenance for production will not only increase the efficiency and maintenance time of the equipment,but also in turn affect the production schedule.While the equipment will be maintained within a certain period of time to affect the production tasks.Therefore,how to rationally and effectively solve the contradiction between production and maintenance through some theories and research,and to establish its corresponding model is very important for the present production system.This thesis has studied the following points:Firstly,the necessity and importance of the joint strategy of coordinating production planning and preventive maintenance plan are discussed,and the related research literatures are sorted out,analyzed and summarized.Secondly,the reliability diagram of production system based on maintainability is described by reliability modeling and equipment maintenance theory.The maintenance strategy and mathematical model of safe and reliable operation of production system are analyzed.Thirdly,the working status of equipment production system under the condition of time window cycle maintenance and production scheduling is studied,and the joint strategy model is established.For this joint model,this thesis uses the algorithm test analysis with the minimization of the total expected weighted completion time as the objective function,and proves the accuracy of the algorithm by comparing with the enumeration algorithm.By comparing the joint model and the independent model,the validity of the joint optimization model is proved.Fourthly,the production scheduling and preventive maintenance of equipment with deteriorated effect were studied.In order to solve the problem that production and scheduling can not be solved by optimization,and to maximize the benefits of production and maintenance,a Stackelberg game model of preventive maintenance and production scheduling is established to minimize the total cost and minimize the expected completion.The results show that the method based on game theory is feasible and effective in the production scheduling and maintenance plan with the effect of deteriorated.
