Research On Financial Support In Lankao Inclusive Financial Reform Experimental Zone Construction

Inclusive Finance is the “sunshine finance”,designed to enable the society,especially the ordinary people at the bottom of society,to enjoy fair financial services consistent with other individuals.Inclusive financial reform pilot area is adhering to this spirit,intended to serve the public,and learn from experience,bring the welfare to more people.Lankao is a special place,Lankao as the education place for the second batch of the Party's chosen by President Xi Jinping,is due to the great “Jiao Yulu spirit”,also the geographical and political position,which is located in the central of China.The reform and development work has the demonstration value and characteristics.President Xi required Lankao to use the current situation,providing advanced experiences for county reform.Nowadays,the Government provides some preliminary policies to Lankao,which support Lankao to form a good interaction between economic reform and financial reform.Inclusive Finance is a national macroeconomic strategy which is important to our country in recent years.As the first experimental area of inclusive financial reform in China,Lankao has very important political and practical significance.Therefore,this paper takes the theme of research of financial support the construction and development of Lankao inclusive financial reform pilot area,the problems of existence and development of Lankao on financial support for inclusive financial reform pilot area,and according to the characteristics of Lankao itself,research on the financial support model,the corresponding policy suggestions are raised up.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,expounding the background,purpose and significance of research,domestic and foreign research on rural cooperative economic and financial support,the main content and technical method.The second part is theoretical explanation in Inclusive Finance,which emphasizing sustainable business,the purpose is to provide a relatively fair opportunity to the whole society,in addition this part analyses the support of regional finance.The third part describes the current economic and financial environment and explores the problems.The fourth part describes the international practice for Inclusive Finance,and through the supports from financial institutions and non-financial institutions,and the Government policy to analyze mode.Thefifth part is about the problems of financial development and the research on the financial support model.The sixth part is the conclusion and the prospective,which summarizes the research and plans for the next step.In the process of writing this article,carried out a large number of literature and on-the-spot investigation,getting a lot of first-hand information,and draws the conclusion through the research,that financial support is important in the construction of Lankao inclusive financial reform pilot area,although at this stage has made some achievements,there are still many problems,should focus on the problem from the perspective of the government,and a line of three Council and the financial institutions,to support the construction of Lankao financial reform pilot area model of effective financial support.The possible innovation of this paper is that the financial support model is classified according to the difference of financial institutions and implemented in the first quasi-county financial reform pilot area.
