Based On The Theory Of BPR,Engineering Cost Consultation Enterprises Business Process Restructuring Research

BPR theory is a product of the reforming of enterprise management.Due to many drawbacks of the traditional cost consultation enterprises in the present,it has failed to keep pace with the needs of the development market of cost consultation.It is required to introduce a business of whole process engineering cost consultation.In the paper,we adopt a well-known BPR management theory in the 1990's to synthetically analyze the engineering cost consulting industry,in the perspective of seeing the whole process of engineering cost consultation as a project,from the content and scope of the work to process and so on.Meanwhile,we further reconstruct each step of the whole process engineering cost consultation.First of all,it gives a introduction about the cost consultation enterprises and the development history of BPR theory as well as it's development present situation at home and abroad;Secondly,it shows the management of the whole process cost consulting enterprises and the BPR theory;Thirdly,it expounds a necessity of reconstruct for the whole process engineering cost consultation and it's feasibility analysis;Fourthly,each step of whole process cost consultation project is concretely reconstructed based on the BPR theory;at last,it describes that the BIM technology is used to the building of the information environment,which plays a supporting role in the reconstructed process of whole process cost consultation business.This paper has good guidance on the transformation and upgrading of engineering cost consultation enterprises for a bigger and stronger growing.
