Research On Service Quality Evaluation System Of Construction Cost Consultation Enterprises Based On Real Estate Enterprises

With the rapid development of China's market economy,as one of the important sectors of the national economy investment in real estate investment,the construction project investment benefits gradually gets the attention of the real estate enterprise.The construction project cost management has become one important part of the real estate business' management functions.The engineering cost consulting services provides professional and technical support to enhance the efficiency of the cost management.The service quality of the engineering cost consulting enterprise has become one of the important factors that affect the construction investment benefits.The engineering cost consulting industry developed rapidly and gradually gets the attention of the real estate enterprise.However,because there are many reasons exist in the engineering cost consulting market,concluding the consultation service quality varies,the heavy industry information,the vicious competition,the phenomenon of using others qualification,which make the real estate enterprises choose the good engineering cost consulting suppliers in high cost,low efficiency,high risk.Therefore,this article constructs the service quality evaluation system of engineering cost consulting enterprise to identify and reflect the actual service quality of the cost consulting enterprise,share the evaluation information of different real estate enterprises as the common resources of the market to help the real estate enterprises make decision to choose the high-quality engineering cost consulting suppliers in low cost,low risk,and high efficient.This article is first based on the analysis of the service quality assurance,service quality evaluation,engineering cost consulting service quality and other related literature.And discusses the meaning and characteristics of the engineering cost consulting service quality in combination with the characteristics of the engineering cost consulting industry.On top of it,based on the research of service quality evaluation theory,this paper puts forward the analytical logic idea of service quality evaluation of engineering cost consulting enterprise.Through the literature research and the interviews with senior practitioners,experts and scholars,the paper first identifies the service quality evaluation index of engineering cost consulting enterprise,and then uses the questionnaire survey and factor analysis method to extract the key evaluation index,including 36 tertiary evaluation indexes and four secondary evaluation factors.And then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used as the evaluation model of the service quality,thus this article constructs the service quality evaluation system of the project cost consulting enterprise.Finally,exploring the concrete application measures of service quality evaluation system of cost consulting enterprise.In this paper,through the construction of project cost consulting enterprise service quality evaluation system,share the evaluation information of different real estate enterprises as the common resources to assist the real estate enterprises to choose high-quality engineering cost consulting enterprise in high efficient,low cost,and low risk,help the real estate enterprises improve the awareness of cost management,and guide the guide the engineering cost consulting enterprises to improve their advisory service capability.
