Research On The Development Path Of Agricultural Informatization Under Internet+Mode

In recent years, with the Internet into the 3.0 era, mobile Internet, Internet of things,large data and cloud computing and other new generation of Internet technology gradually penetrate into all walks of life, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, changing the traditional industry development, into a huge development potential and vitality. March 5, 2015 Premier Li Keqiang in the two sessions of the "Government Work Report",firstly proposed "Internet+" action plan,marking the integration of the Internet and traditional industries into a new stage of development. Agriculture should accelerate the integration with the Internet, especially the development of agricultural informatization, promote the development of agricultural development mode and the development of agricultural modernization. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development path of agricultural information under the "Internet+" mode.This paper mainly focuses on the development of agricultural information under the"Internet +" mode. First of all, the research purpose and significance, as well as the status quo of domestic and foreign research were reviewed; and then conduct a theoretical study of "Internet +" and "agricultural information", respectively, its connotation, economic growth and agricultural development important role.Then this paper focuses on the characteristics and advantages of the development of agricultural informatization in the"Internet +" mode, and points out its characteristics and advantages, its development status in China, and the main problems. Under the mode of'Internet +" ,agricultural information development still exists management system, infrastructure, information services and information resources development and other aspects of the constraints;Finally, it elaborates how to further promote the development of agricultural informatization in our country from the government level, the system level, the social level and the technical level. This paper points out that from the government level has to strengthen the top design and financial investment; from the institutional level has to improve the legal and policy support and the establishment of agricultural information resources development and utilization and information service platform management standards; from the social level has to absorb social capital construction infrastructure and stimulate enterprise's invest in technology application development; from the technical level has to solve the rural e-commerce "last mile", use the Internet of Things technology to build agricultural information platform, use the large data technology to establish agricultural information resource management library, Which is of great significance to the development of agricultural informatization in our country.
