With the gradual improvement of the degree of marketization of our country,especially since October 2015,the state council issued\"about to speed up the building public entrepreneurship guidance for peoples innovation platform\",another peak of domestic economic market ushered in the business,start-up companies have sprung up.It can not only increase employment opportunities,increase the fiscal revenue,and improve the system of social market economy,to realize the sustainable development of national economy needs a long time.But behind the prosperity,many enterprises haven't growth has died,more enterprises in the fierce market competition have been eliminated.Enterprise survival change too fast,a start-up enterprise survival rate is too low,at some level,is not conducive to economic development and social stability.Investigate its reason,in addition to start-up financing difficulties,weak technology and objective factors,such as the internal management of the immature it is also the main driving force for the accelerating end!The management problems insaidel enterprise,is the industry and academia research results at home and abroad is very rich in enduring topic,one hundred varieties,however,differ is concerned,how to make a primary issue in the internal management of enterprises rapidly into trajectory,to establish an orderly and efficient,adapt to their initial cost limit,as well as growth in the enterprise grows rapidly and stable after the management system,has not been a specific,practical guidance theory system.In this paper,the main research methods used are literature method,investigation,summarizes the method and experience summary method.This article from the enterprise internal management system with enterprise culture soft strength in intangible and tangible enterprise internal management system,expounds the importance of start-up enterprise culture construction,the development strategy of startups and effectiveness of the internal management system construction of directional Suggestions were put forward,in short,enhance the investment,the framework for the construction of the scientific management of enterprise development meaning than just cost savings.For start-up companies from the start consciously on regularization road,from the beginning of the creation to create a five years but,ten years out of the internal management system,have the right direction,to follow the principle of frame,flexible strain energy method and positive team.This paper is divided into six chapters:the introduction part summarizes the thesis research background,research methods,research objectives,and the innovation place,chapter 2 describes the relevant theories of enterprise internal management system,chapter 3 through 5 for the main body of this thesis research part,chapter 6 is the conclusion.
