In twenty-first Century, seventeen years have passed, the fact proves that the competition of the society is the competition of talents, and the role of human resources is becoming more and more prominent. As the leader of an enterprise,the leader's importance to the enterprise is self-evident, so the leaders have been the focus for scholars. Transformational leadership has been a hot topic in the field of leadership theory since it was proposed. The staff is the direct creator of the enterprise value, and its performance directly determines the enterprise's income,so improving the level of employee's performance is also the focus of scholars. Based on the above reasons,this paper chooses transformational leadership and employee's performance as the research object, and makes an empirical study on its mechanism. In addition, although there are many studies have proved that transformational leadership has a significant impact on employee's performance, but its specific mechanism of action has not yet been finalized.In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad believe that emotional intelligence provides a new perspective for people to seek variables to better explain the performance of employees. In addition, more and more companies are gradually aware of such a phenomenon: the organization can produce high performance of individual employees are not having a high IQ or highly educated people, but those who deal with the relationship between self and others, this paper selects the emotional intelligence as a mediator.This paper firstly summarizes the connotation, the variables measuring tools and related researches; and then analyzes the relationships between the three on the basis of literature review, and puts forward to the theoretical model and hypothesis; Then, on the basis of the domestic and foreign mature scale, a small sample test was conducted, and a formal questionnaire was collected.,at last did empirical research by using the method of statistical analysis .The empirical results show that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance, and there is a positive correlation between employees' emotional intelligence and employee's performance, and the employees' emotional intelligence has a partial mediating effect between transformational leadership and employees' task performance, adaptive performance.According to the conclusions of the study, the author puts forward the relevant management recommendations, first of all, we should strengthen the transformation of the leaders in the organization, and then enhance the level of emotional intelligence. At the same time, summarizes up the shortcomings of the study and future research prospects.
