With the rapid development of internet technology such as big data and 5G technology,innovation has gradually become an important source of the core competitiveness of national economic development.As the mainstay of China's economic development,small and medium-sized enterprises have the ability to innovate and resist the complex competitive environment and seize the opportunity to develop rapidly.For a long time,the exploration of the theory and practice of enterprise innovation has become the focus of scholars and entrepreneurs.Enterprise innovation cannot be separated from the innovation of employees.How to improve the performance of employee innovation and make enterprises have the core competitiveness in the market development has become an urgent issue for small and medium-sized enterprises.Compared with large enterprises,due to the lack of standardized system,flexible organizational structure and immature customary mechanism,small and medium-sized enterprises have a lot of room to display their employees' emotions and behaviors in the organization.This paper takes technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object,starts from the perspective of individual emotions of employees,takes individual improvisation as the mediating variable and transformational leadership as the regulating variable,provides a new source for the improvement of employee innovation performance,and provides detailed solutions to the differentiation of employee innovation performance.The existing researches on individual emotion and employee innovation performance mainly focus on the cognition,structure and relationship of social capital,and rarely explain the relationship between individual emotion and employee innovation performance from the perspective of behavioral strategy.In addition,the research on transformational leadership is mainly focused on large enterprises,and there is little research on the application of transformational leadership in specific situations of small and medium-sized enterprises.In this paper,through collecting 286 technical small andmedium-sized enterprise employees samples questionnaire and hypothesis testing of a theoretical model,individual emotion and small and medium-sized enterprises is discussed in this paper the main effect between employees' innovation performance,considering the behavior of the individual emotional foundation to introduce individual improvisation as intermediary variables,transformational leadership as a moderator variable,so as to open the black box between individual emotion and employees' innovation performance.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the technical situation of small and medium-sized enterprises,individual feelings of emotional intelligence,emotional state both dimensions with employees is closely relative to innovation performance.(2)In the context of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,individual improvisation has a significant positive impact on employee innovation performance.(3)In the context of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,individual improvisation has a mediating effect between emotional intelligence,emotional state and employee innovation performance.(4)In the context of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on employee innovation performance.(5)In the context of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,transformational leadership has a positive moderating effect between emotional intelligence and employee innovation performance.Based on the above contents,the theoretical contributions of this paper are mainly as follows:(1)enrich the innovation theory,systematically expound and explain the relationship between emotional intelligence,emotional state and employee innovation performance from the perspective of individual emotion.(2)It complements the study of individual improvisation,extends the study of individual improvisation from the field of resources to the field of emotion,and systematically explains the internal operating mechanism of individual emotion and employee innovation performance.(3)The behavior pattern of transformational leadership is expanded.Transformational leadership is no longer just a common leadership pattern in large enterprises,but can also promote the improvement of employee innovation performance in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises.The conclusion of this study also has certain guiding significance for small and medium-sized technical enterprisesto improve the innovation performance of employees in practice.Firstly,the innovative value of emotional intelligence and emotional state is expounded through empirical analysis,and the training of emotional intelligence and emotional state adjustment should be strengthened in the recruitment and daily training of employees.Secondly,individual improvisation is a common strategy for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises to cope with environmental changes.Enterprises should pay attention to the innovative changes brought by individual improvisation,and pay attention to the effective combination of high emotional intelligence and positive emotional state employees and individual improvisation strategies,so as to improve employee innovation performance.Finally,technology-based smes can introduce transformational leadership into organizational practice.Transformational leadership can fully improve the innovation performance of employees through idealized influence,motivation,intellectual stimulation and personalized care.In a word,from three perspectives of individual emotion adjustment,application,individual improvisation and the introduction of transformational leadership,this paper gives reasonable suggestions for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises to correctly use individual emotion to improve employee innovation performance.
