Research On The Development Of Citrus Farmers' Cooperatives In Zhejiang Province

As a large agricultural country,agricultural development has always been in an important position in the development of the country.To realize the modernization of the country cannot do without the realization of agricultural modernization process,the process of agricultural modernization and continuously improve the level of farmer organizations,farmers' professional cooperatives is a joint production,sale and management of farmers cooperative economic organizations,through the integration of agricultural resources to help reduce the risk of farmers single production,reduce the cost to improve the profit of agricultural products space,realize farmers' income.Agricultural cooperatives originated in western countries,started late in China,mainly lies in the reform and opening up after germination,germination,growth,starting in four stages,is now in the period of vigorous development,the healthy and orderly development of China's agricultural development plays an important role in promoting,worthy of our research and promote excellent cooperative business model.This paper is under the background of the development of agricultural cooperatives,expand research and development by reading a lot of literature for cooperative related research theory basis for Zhejiang wangbuliao orangefarmers' professional cooperatives.First,to forget the background and process of construction of cooperatives to elaborate;second,through the investigation of the status quo and forget the cooperatives from the scale,planting technology and citrus varieties,operation mechanism,sales,brand building,achievements and radiation research,for its excellent experience and innovative practices to be analyzed;third make a summary,for practical problems about the talent,capital,logistics,insurance mechanism can not forget cooperatives under the existing condition;fourth,to forget the plight of cooperatives and have put forward detailed suggestions for reference.The purpose of this paper is to put forward some suggestions according to the specific problems existing wangbuliao citrus cooperatives,the coastal city of Zhejiang wangbuliao citrus farmers' professional cooperatives as the research object,analyze the microcosmic point of view,the recommendations are as follows: to strengthen the reform of organization level,adhere to the dominant position of farmers,to strengthen the member education promotion of scientific decision-making;two to improve the logistics system,to upgrade the local road network,through the cooperation of cold chain logistics;three to establish an effective insurance mechanism,improve agricultural risk prevention work,to effectively respond to natural disasters caused by typhoon;four to accelerate the reform of the personnel management system,personnel training and personnel autonomy will be combined with the introduction of perfect welfare system;to enhance the financing capacity for funding gap;the six is to build demonstration park,popularize scientific planting;seven to optimize sales mode,the introduction of the Internet plus,improve public sales.Under reasonable planning and effective guidance,there will be bright prospects for development.
