Research On The Construction Approaches Of The Farmer Specialized Cooperative

The construction and characteristic of farmer's specialized cooperatives were studied in this paper. Farmer's specialized cooperative was a type of mutual - aiding economic organization which had the some characteristics such as voluntary accession, free exit, democratic management, profit restitution, common production, collective management and service activities. The cooperative played an important role in our agricultural, since it can raise the degree of agricultural and farmers organizations, enhance domestic & international competitiveness of agricultural products, increase farmers' income, help to construction of the country harmonious society and socialist rural reconstruction. It was vital for farmer's specialized cooperative sustainable development to focus on the law and essential ways on development and operating mechanisms.The paper briefly described four stages of the farmer's specialized cooperatives development, which were burgeon, germination, starting and developing. Summarized the major types, characteristics and developing trend of farmer's cooperatives in developed countries. Appraised necessity and essentiality of farmer's specialized cooperatives development in China. Affirmed the experiences we had gained during the course of cooperatives development. Analyzed crux place that slowed farmer's cooperatives development in our country. The results gained from our research indicate that the obstacle factors of farmer's specialized cooperatives development included the mismanagement within cooperatives, backward supporting measures, maladjustment operation system, inefficiency government support and guide, poor quality of the peasants, etc. Situation of farmer'cooperatives practice effectiveness in Shanxi province, revealed that farmer's specialized cooperatives had taken an important position in rural economy in Shanxi, and played the dominant role in farmer's specialized manufacture and management. In order to develop the farmer's specialized cooperatives continuously, we should take some countermeasures about it. Firstly, enhance scientific guide to promote the sustainable development. Secondly, establish the legal system to establish the legal status of farmer's specialized cooperatives. Thirdly, increase the impact and momentum of government support to urge sustainable development. Fourthly, stick to diversity development. Finally, make the internal mechanism in order.
