Research On The Development Of New Urbanization In Guizhou Mountainous Areas Based On Industrial Optimization And Upgrading

The form of economic and social progress is industrial upgrade and new-style urbanization.The history of the world’s economic growth shows that the developed countries developed from agricultural country to industrial capitalism and then to informative modern society,the form is urbanization,and support the process of urbanization is industrial upgrading.Some countries unable to upgrade their industrial structure in the long term due to the disharmony of industrial structure and urbanization construction,and their urbanization process is slow.The two restrict each other.Foreign scholars started researching industrial upgrading and urbanization early.They had already formed lots of theoretical system and documents by now.The Petty-Clark theorem shows that with the development of economy,the employment structure optimization.Kuznets pointed out the general rule of evolution of output value proportion and employment proportion between the three industries.After researching lots of countries’ economic development,Hollis B.Chenery and Moises Syrquin pointed out that industrial development promotes the industrial structure change,and then promotes the urbanization process with the increase of per capita income.Domestic scholars started to research industrial upgrading and urbanization relatively late;they analyzed industrial development and urbanization conditions of our country after reforming and opening to the outside most by using existing theories and methods and based on the existing research results.But the differences of urbanization between domestic and foreign are large no matter in theory research,or in the actual situation.This dissertation takes the industry upgrading and mountain new pattern urbanization in Guizhou as the research objects,and regards mountain new pattern urbanization as the goal.Review the related research results,card mechanism between urbanization and industry upgrading;analyze the situation of industrial upgrading and new pattern urbanization development in Guizhou at present.It shows that industrial structure is unreasonable in Guizhou,the urbanization rate is low on the whole,the urbanization process lacks the support by industry,the urbanization rate gap between areas in Guizhou is large,urban and rural development are not harmonious.On this basis,establish the evaluation index systems of industrial upgrading and new pattern of mountain urbanization respectively,using the principal component analysis to calculate the two comprehensive evaluation indexes,and found that from 2000 to2015,the urbanization level rising relatively faster,and the industrial upgrading rising relatively slowly,but the growth rate of the two both improved in recent years.Establish the VAR model for econometric analyzing,granger causality test,impulse function analysis and variance decomposition analysis with the two indexes of comprehensive evaluation index.Conclusion: industrial upgrading promotes the new pattern of mountain urbanization of Guizhou dramatically,and new pattern of mountain urbanization drives the upgrading of the industry,each promoting the other.Finally,summarize the full text,put forward policy suggestions of harmonious development between industry upgrading and new pattern of mountain urbanization in Guizhou.
