Study On The FDI Inflows And The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure To The Influence Of City Urbanization

Since the reform and opening,our country urbanization level enhances unceasingly.Followed the reform take the lead on a trial basis in the countryside,the liberation of rural surplus labor force,a large number of population migration to cities,continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and promote the transfer of rural surplus labor.At the same time,China’s economic opening to the outside world degree increasing,a large number of urban agglomeration regions in our country,the foreign capital that flows in driving the development of the local economy.Urban agglomeration with the accelerating urbanization development in our country in recent years,whether these and FDI inflows and upgrade of industrial structure since the reform and opening up,has become a hot academic attention,this paper argues that FDI inflows and upgrade of industrial structure to a direct impact on urbanization,industrial structure and upgrade of the impact of urbanization will be indirectly affected by FDI inflows,hope that through the study of the three mechanisms to promote the development of urbanization and urban agglomerations some enlightenment to the new urbanization.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and the meaning of writing,and carding the research status at home and abroad,finally on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research status quo and defects is put forward in this paper,research framework and methods;The second chapter of FDI inflows,industrial structure upgrade related theory to comb;The third chapter analyzes the FDI inflows,industrial upgrading mechanism of effect on urbanization.First is to discuss the mechanism of action of FDI inflows to the urbanization process,and then analyzes the industrial structure upgrade mechanism of urbanization,and then analyzes the FDI inflows through indirect influence mechanism for the upgrading of the industrial structure of the urbanization process,the last on the basis of mechanism analysis of establishing mathematical model and put forward relevant assumptions;The fourth chapter is mainly to 23 large urban agglomeration in our country to select1998 ‐ 2015 years of data,using panel data model to empirical test of the three mechanisms,and through the robustness analysis,respectively on China’s eastern,central and western urban agglomeration region city sample empirical test,respectively.In this paper,the conclusion shows that:(1)the FDI inflows for the upgrading of the industrial structure of the urban agglomeration and urbanization has a significant role in promoting;(2)for the upgrading of the industrial structure of the urban agglomeration of urbanization under the influence of FDI inflows indirectly;(3)for the upgrading of the industrial structure of the urban agglomeration is much bigger than the driving force of urbanization increase the driving force of FDI inflows scale(4)FDI inflows through for the upgrading of the industrial structure of the indirect effects of urbanization,urban agglomerations are under the influence of the geographical location.According to the research conclusion,this article from the industry support and layout of urban agglomeration spatial structure two aspects put forward policy Suggestions,the transformation government function better attract FDI inflows,thus promoting the development of urban agglomeration in the urbanization process to speed up.
