Research On The Internet Financial Payment System Management From The Aspect Of China's Central Bank

In recent years,the internet technologies and financial services are highly interconnected and developed in rapid speed.The third party payment services have become an important force which can not be ignored in innovating payment method in payment services and financial development.It brings reforms to the payment methods and also challenges and opportunities to the core infrastructure of financial system development.Internet finance was written in the Government Work Report in 2014 for the first time,which provide solid policy guarantee to internet finance and pave the way for the sustainable development of internet finance.At the beginning of 2016,in the meeting of the payment and settlement work convened by the Central Bank,the Vice Governor who was in charge of payment and settlement made deep analysis on the development trend of the internet finance,and its influence to payment settlement services as well as clarify the approach and directions on supervising the development of internet financial payment system.From the aspects of optimizing payment efficiency,realizing the share of financial resources,evaluating payment fund risk,studying related regulations and law,this paper make an all-round analysis on the influences,challenges,advantages and opportunities brought by the payment methods in the background of internet finance to the payment system by adopting the method of contrast analysis and SWOT analysis.Through study,it is found that the innovation of payment method brought by internet finance will exert great influence to the development of our national payment system.Meanwhile,many problems occurred during the development of payment methods should also be highly concerned,such as how to effectively monitor the new payment method from the aspect of policy and regulations,service procedures,risk control and others to promote the sound and sustainable development of payment system.
