With the advancement of modern management,pay system is increasingly important in the enterprise management,how to through the compensation system construction and implementation to retain talent for the enterprise,is an important problem of the current enterprise information resources management.Paper with TH catering company's compensation system to improve and perfect as the research object,in see a lot of food and beverage industry salary investigation report and pay,on the basis of relevant theories,combining with the relevant data analysis,and the paper topic and the author in the food industry work experience,has carried on the TH catering company compensation system to improve and perfect the research.Compensation system under the support of relevant theory and literature,the paper first explains the TH catering company compensation system present situation,analyzes the problems and deficiencies,then through the methods of questionnaire survey on TH catering company compensation system of the current existing problems are analyzed,and after the analysis of existing problems,put forward TH catering companies,including improving the compensation level of employees,change pay a single form,to adopt new salary secrecy,set the length of the salary,perfect performance appraisal index,etc,according to the TH catering company's present situation of its compensation system to improve and perfect the content of the implementation of protection measures are put forward.
