With economic development and the frequent exchanges between the countries, people living level have changed. Tourism, travel and other activities led to the rapid development of the hotel industry, followed by industry competition and new problems. The main business of the hotel industry is to provide customers with quality service, increasing competition within the industry, making the hotel the hotel staff is aware excellent one key to maintaining a competitive advantage. As a labor-intensive hotel industry need to strengthen human resources management, thereby enabling the hotel to provide more quality services, improve its competitiveness in the industry.However, the hotel industry in recent years due to over-speed development, so that the hotel industry there have been many urgent problems. Among them, one of the urgent need to solve the problem is very serious hotel staff turnover problems. Staff turnover has seriously affected the normal hotel operations and management, he not only affect the enthusiasm and loyalty of employees working for the hotel, reducing the hotel overall quality of service, but also may cause leakage hotel core information, increasing the hotel staff recruitment and training cost and so on. Therefore, the hotel staff turnover problem is the current domestic hotel industry need to solve the problem, you need to thoroughly analyze the reasons for the loss of the hotel staff, and be able to propose solutions targeted staff turnover. Effectively solve or alleviate the problem of staff turnover, it is possible to restore normal hotel operations and management, and can effectively improve hotel service quality, reduce costs and enhance competitive advantage, but also can improve the overall appearance of the hotel industry, the hotel industry so virtuous track development.This paper analyzes the problem by studying the current hotel industry staff turnover, using a case study method to analyze hotel staff turnover problems, combined with the related theory, methods and strategies proposed guiding. The article first introduces the overall state of the hotel industry, hotel and H profiles, and then describes the current status of the hotel industry staff turnover and characteristics, and details H Hotel staff turnover problems faced by actual cases. Combined turnover theory, the paper mainly due to staff turnover summarized, there are unreasonable wage compensation system, performance appraisal drastic measures, lack of junior staff training and career development planning, corporate culture is missing and so on. For specific reasons, this paper presents a method to improve the measures and instructive, and hope that through these methods and measures to improve the hotel’s human resource management, and better protection of personal career development, and enhance corporate culture construction, as well as employees enthusiasm, sense of belonging and corporate loyalty, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, so that the hotel sustained and stable development.
