The Research Of The JD Mall Value Creation Based On Proprietary Business Model

With the rapid development and popularization of Internet,more and more online retail enterprises appeared.However,different enterprises have different values.What causes such result? Famous management gurus Drucker once said,"Nowadays,the competition among enterprises is not the products competition,but the competition with business models." Different enterprises based on the different understanding of customer value and the different market position,its related links in the value network control,the formation of key resources,the establishment of the business platform is also different,thus forming different business models.In different business model,the enterprises will have different value line and value net,so as to have different value creation.First of all,this paper studies the domestic and foreign literatures,which are about the business model and enterprise value creation,so that to provide theoretical basis for the article.Secondly,through comparing two kinds of online retail enterprises business model–proprietary model and platform model to explain different business model really drive the different enterprise value creation so as to give a further evidence of the correlation between them;What's more? This paper focuses on jingdong business model and its current value creation situation.Through the comparison and analysis with the other enterprises,to find out the advantage and risks of jingdong value creation.Finally,we will summarize the jingdong's experience to provide reference for other enterprises.Through the study of this article,we found that jingdong focuses on Mr Liu's "ten day cane" concept,fully excavating warehousing,distribution,after-sales,marketing value,dedicated to provide users with better shopping experience,so as to have a leading position in China's e-commerce market.What's more? Jingdong through investing the electrical business,financial and technology fields,brought a lot of customers,orders,and high speed growth in operating income to enterprise.so its business model really can create value to enterprise.
