GUANGFA Bank "Internet Banking System" Project In The Process Of Quality Management

With the rapid development of electronic technology and increasingly sophisticated information network,a variety of financial innovation continue to emerge,the online banking is a financial innovation in the trend of economic globalization and the financial internationalization.In recent years,China's online banking showed a rapid growth trend,the market turnover and the number of registered users are to maintain high growth.IT service system is the key factor for financial markets.The network security events will result in a large number of economic losses and serious social impact due to the online banking depends on electronic information system.Internet bank should ensure the business running since the online banking is the customer service system.Therefore,the quality management of online banking is the critical element for improving management capability of construction project.In this paper,it studies the construction of a new generation of GUANGFA Bank online banking project,including the owners of construction,the project contractor,the development team,testing team,QA,business unit.Meanwhile,it summarizes the relationship between communication and requirement.This article describes the characteristics of project quality management,and analyzes the features of quality management,the demand management,communication funnel of demand,coordination difficulties of project.Through a comprehensive quality theory,the study concludes the effective management method including full participation,training of quality management,tracking summary.The paper analyses deeply the quality management of various stages for GUANGFA Bank online banking project,to propose the effective approach for comprehensive quality management.And also hope to enhance management level for the same project of construction process.
