A Study On Human Capital Investment Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers In Inner Mongolia

In the Inner Mongolia region in the process of modernization,the new generation of peasant migrant workers is the main force of city construction,the practitioner of modernization construction,its human capital appreciation can bring the resistance of the ease of urbanization,and help the acceleration of modernization.Even then,The quality of new generation migrant workers problem is directly related to urbanization,modernization and the construction of a harmonious society.Under the social trend of population aging,the demographic dividend gradually reduce,it?s necessary to contribute to the new generation of migrant workers' huma n capital level of ascension,to promote to our human resource advantage,therefore it is necessary to increase the intensity of peasant workers' human capital investment.At present,the core of the new generation migrant workers is its survival and development,the key way is the human capital investment and level.But after investigating the status quo of the human capital investment of rural migrant workers in Inner Mongolia,find that human capital investment has a lot of problems,mainly reflected in the city,due to the unclear training investment subject and migrant workers for their own cost-benefit considerations,its investment situation is not optimistic.And in the countryside,because of a shortage of traditional ideas,economic capacity,backward basic education and vocational education and so on factors restricted the rural human capital investment,hindered the move off to town effectively,and difficult to develop in the town further.Therefore,the new generation of migrant workers in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region human capital level remains to be further improved.On the basis of the theoretical framework of human capital,this paper puts forward views of migrant workers' human capital investment and dimensions.Firstly,introduce the migrant workers,the connotation of human capital,expounds the theory basis of new generation migrant workers' human capital formation,introduce new generation characteristics of human capital in concrete,four ways to generate human capital;Secondly,using survey data from specific,expounds the new generation migrant workers employment in Inner Mongolia as well as the present situation of human capital,namely education,training,health care,migration.Again,using the method of cost-benefit analysis,analyze peasant workers' human capital investment main body,mainly relates to individuals or families,unit of choose and employ persons and government,the specific analysis of the influencing factors of human capital investment;at last,individual or family and unit of choose and employ persons of the limitations of human capital investment,rural migrant workers in order to make up for the shortage,the government should undertake the main responsibility for migrant workers' human capital investment,to p lay a leading role in the rural migrant workers' human capital formation.Finally focus on the rural human capital investment dimension problems.Through the analysis of the new generation of migrant workers face special constraint conditions,the dimensio n of the migrant workers' human capital investment index.On this basis,the design of the questionnaire and collect data,using principal component analysis for classification and analysis of the migrant workers' human capital investment dimensions;It is concluded that is suitable for the dimension of human capital investment choice in Inner Mongolia and the conclusion of many realistic guiding significance.Finally,summarize this paper,and expound to enhance the level of migrant workers' human capital.
