Currently, migrant workers class began to emerge differentiation, generation of migrantworkers has become the "main force" of migrant workers. Compared with the oldergeneration of migrant workers, career choice and urban integration into the behavior andattitudes significantly change: most of them have been reluctant to engage in the dirty city,chaotic, and poor low-level work hope to have better jobs and more long-term careerdevelopment through individual effort. Therefore, the new generation of migrant workers’employment issues should be in-depth researched and effectively solved, in order tofundamentally solve the problem of the urban integration of a new generation of migrantworkers in the future.Many factors limit the career development of the new generation of migrant workers.From the internal resistance is concerned, it is caused by the generation of migrant workersown the stock of human resources is limited and the structure is irrational, and the lack oflong-term investment in human capital planning. Large in terms of the environment, there is aserious market segmentation phenomenon in the current labor market, leading to a generationof migrant workers, human capital investment rate of return, the positive impact of the humancapital investment, thus fundamentally has hampered the development of the professionalcompetence of migrant workers.By building human capital and career choice of the new generation of migrant workers,the paper multivariate Logit model to in-depth analysis of the impact of human capital onemployment generation of migrant workers; Based on the study on the basis of the study oflabor market segmentation of the household registration industry factors as adjustmentvariables introduced through the use of the Mincer model for improved, the final validation ofthe household registration, industry segmentation factors on the impact of the new generationof migrant workers’ human capital investment.Finally, the thesis has targeted some of the policy recommendations that will helpimprove the new generation of migrant workers’ human capital investment enthusiasm toimprove the employment environment, which will not only conducive to the generation ofmigrant workers better, faster into city life, also has a long-term, far-reaching significance for China to build a harmonious socialist society, to promote balanced development in urban andrural areas.
