The Relationship Of Strategic Logic Line Of Sight And Its Strategic Executive Power

The strategic vision of middle-level managers,will affect the stages of strategy implementation.Because the middle-level managers can be found in the process of strategic execution limitations and opportunities at the first time,and to carry out the continuous supply of energy strategy.The attention for the scholars in the field of employee perspective study,but middle-level managers also existing this related issues,while the attention is lower.So,this study introduces the strategic vision of research to the middle-level management.Also,by Boswell and RenRun scholar's study,middle managers strategic vision contains the logical relationship,that is the corresponding relationship of action and target.Through the middle managers of strategic vision to a clear understanding of this invisible logical relationship,so that its strategic implementation to make the appropriate adjustments.This paper starts with the strategic vision of one of the factors influencing the strategic execution force,discusses the accuracy of the understanding of the importance of the concrete action corresponding to the strategic goal and the achievement goal,and how the two affect the effect of the strategy.First study the relevant literature at home and abroad,and put forward nine research hypotheses.The enterprise logic research and case analysis of strategic logic,combined with the conclusion of the case to summarize the required measurement scale.Second,with reference to the existing theory,the introduction of strategic execution,personal quality,organizational processes and performance appraisal system measurement methods and the development of measurement scales.After the assessment by the experts,through the enterprise field and network form widely distributed questionnaire,pre-survey data 140 copies.And after the data analysis to modify the relevant items,conduct a formal investigation,again statistics 238 valid questionnaires.Finally,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,including the strategic logic,strategy execution,personal quality,organizational process and performance appraisal system,were analyzed by using the combing analysis tool SPSS 22.0 in the empirical study and analysis.At the same time,the structural equation model was established using AMOS 21.0,which validated the hypothesis.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows: Conclusion 1: Strategic vision not only includes an understanding of strategic objectives,strategic actions,strategic objectives and strategic action relationships,but also an understanding of the relationship between strategic objectives and strategic actions.Conclusion 2: Middle-level managers to enhance the implementation of strategic factors,including not only personal qualities,organizational processes and performance appraisal system and other factors,and should include the strategic logic of this important factor.Conclusion 3: Middle-level managers can improve their strategic execution by improving the level of strategic logic,in which organizational processes and performance appraisal system has been further strengthened or weakened.According to the research conclusions and related literature,the following two suggestions are put forward: Recommendation 1: To enhance the Middle-level managers of the strategic logic of the line of sight of the main measures: First,from the middle management of individual quality,understanding of strategic objectives,etc.,to enhance the strategic objectives of the Middle-level managers strategic vision;the second is to enhance the Middle-level managers strategic action logic Line of sight.Recommendation 2: The improvement of business process and performance appraisal system can promote Middle-level managers to improve their strategic execution through strategic logic.There are many factors that affect the implementation of the strategy,this study only consider the Middle-level managers of strategic logic,personal qualities,organizational processes and performance appraisal system.Future research should make up for these shortcomings,while at the same time in the Middle-level managers to enhance the level of strategic logic can be carried out in-depth study.
