Before 2010,the nonferrous metal industry had developed prosperous for over ten years.During this stage,the domestic smelters kept on expanding their production and some new smelters had been built.The smelter demanded much more raw materials than before and they can not find enough concentrate.Then the trade companies which holds a large number of international mining source were very popular in the market.L Trade Corporation Limited has a lot of suppliers of nonferrous metals concentrate outside China,so it earned huge profit in the past years and enlarged a lot.But after 2010,the whole situation of the market had totally changed,negative effects of national four trillion investment began to emerge.At this time,the smelters met tight fund flow and had to buy from the oversea supplier directly to lower the cost of raw materials and the miners started to set up sales office in China to contact the smelters.At the same time,after the crisis,the international market of ferroallys and rare earth had been gradually shrinking,and because of the rising cost of domestic products,they had gradually lost its competitiveness in international market.In this regard,most of the enterprises had been only concerned about the market,ignoring the improvement of their own management system.When the market began to change,the trade companies did not know how to adjust themselves.L Trade Corporation Limited is also facing the same problem in the system construction,especially there are many problems in the construction of performance appraisal system,the existing performance appraisal system designed is not reasonable and can not arouse the enthusiasm of the staff and even produced some negative effects.The author combines the actual situation of the enterprise's internal and external environment,points out the existing problems of enterprises' performance evaluation system,make summary of the domestic and foreign performance evaluation knowledge,by using the method of management by objectives and key performance indicators,re-design the performance appraisal system of Xi'an L Nonferrous Metals trade Corporation Limited.According to the basic principle of the performance appraisal,the key departments of L Trade Corporation Limited of the performance assessment are designed with different assessment process and evaluation indicators in the assessment process.In the process,the interaction between the employers and employees are emphasized,the face-to-face communication,unplanned work reward standard and disciplinary measures for failure are included into the performance appraisal process and set up a separate evaluation system of department managers and above.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal program,the system safeguard mechanism are established by the system,the organization and the human resources.In the end,it is the summary and prospect of the design of the performance appraisal project.Through researching on the Optimization of the performance appraisal scheme of L Trade Corporation Limited,combing the existing performance evaluation problems of L Trade Corporation Limited and proposing solutions of it,I hope this paper can provide a bit of inspiration for optimization of other enterprises in the performance appraisal system in this field.
