As the economy of China continues to boom,an increasing number of consumers are entering the automobile market.Meanwhlie,the consumption habits car users have progressively changed by the emergence of the Internet,opening up alternative avenues to merchants in regards to new structures of doing business.The fundamental idea of "online information with offline experience" has evolved and made way for the foundations of the 020 marketing model.Nowadays,as most Chinese third-tier cities automobile sales continue to grow,the question for Che Zhiyu Co.,Ltd(EoDSL as Che Zhiyu)is how to increase its share in the automobile market in an intensely competitive environment.How to implement the 020 model,"attract consumers online,deliver cars offline" as well as how to maximise the marketing strategy will be the main issues of this paper.In view of the problem,this paper from a perspective consumer point of view,First,from related theory of the AISCEAS consumption model and the 020 marketing model,Combined with a method of literature research?in-depth interview?Questionnaire(online and offline)Etc.and do some research on the Internet's impact on decision-making process of consumers.Then,through usd SPSS and EXCEL software to quantitative analysis on primary data,conclude relative conclusions on Consumers purchase of cars decisions.Using the research results to analyze the internal and external environment of Zhiyu Motor.And Zhiyu Motor apply 020 marketing model from the idea.The author research into Online to offline diversified marketing approach and proposed architecture strategy and operation strategy to build platform of O2O marketing model for Zhiyu Motor in order to ensure the 020 mode in smoothly,Put forward the corresponding risk and measures in this paper.For online to offline marketing strategy by deep analyzing,make Zhiyu Motor deep understand of consumers' purchase of cars decisions of influence on 020 marketing model.As Zhiyu Motor available to carry out 020 marketing model provide reference,finally achieve strategic objectives and marketing strategy effectively.
