Research On Supply Chain Cooperation Innovation Based On Supplier Perspective

In the new product manufacturers and suppliers of cooperative research and development, influenced by the enterprise internal management and external environment factors, will face a variety of complexity and uncertainty, such as the uncertainty of technology and market demand uncertainty. These uncertainties often lead to the supplier's investment capital can not be recovered, the project can not reach the expected technical and economic goals, and ultimately lead to damage to both profits. Therefore, this paper focuses on two echelon supply chain system, considering cycle uncertainty influence the choice of incentive mechanism entrusted by the manufacturer supplier involvement in product innovation, research and Discussion on the coordination problem in supply chain under different contract.First of all, this paper discusses the necessity of developing new products for manufacturing enterprises and suppliers, in order to integrate the resources to maintain the sustainable competitiveness of products, and can effectively improve the quality of products. On this basis, based on the principal-agent theory, introduces the Hotelling model analysis of two echelon supply chain system entrusted by the manufacturer supplier research and innovation,the system is composed of a manufacturer and a supplier,the supplier of innovative component products, the manufacturer is responsible for assembly processing and sales.Secondly, based on the linear demand function, this paper compares the wholesale price contract and the interest model selection and decision of supply chain profit maximization problem sharing contract, the different effects of two kinds of contract of supply chain collaboration brings is analyzed by the formula, and then the results are compared and discussed. Considering the influence on supplier incentive mechanism innovation uncertain innovation fixed cost, profit share and supplier development cycle of the two kinds of contract, the manufacturer shall take the analysis of what kind of incentive contract of supplier involvement in product innovation. Finally, the influence of the uncertainty of R & D period is analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn.The results show the effectiveness of different types of contract in supply chain coordination, coordination, the traditional wholesale price is not able to achieve the supply chain research show that: when the innovation cost is low, two contracts can coordinate the supply chain; innovation in high cost,profit sharing contract can bring win-win cooperation between the two sides. The shorter the R & D cycle, the higher the enthusiasm of suppliers to participate in innovation.
