In recent years,the scale of the global private wealth market has developed rapidly,the number of high net worth clients and their investable assets also have rapid growth.With the development of economic in China,the domestic private wealth market grew strong,gradually with global influence.With economic expansion having moderated to a"new normal" pace,the economy still maintained a rapid growth.Since 2009,the scale of high net worth population in China expanded year by year,maintained a rapid growth rate.Predicted that by 2018,China will surpass Japan,Britain,France,Germany and other countries,become the second largest market of private wealth after the United States.China's private wealth market continues to release substantial growth potential and huge market value.Private banking is the most important business of the bank in the future,while the product strategy is the core of the development of private banking.Thus,establishing a comprehensive product system and making a scientific executive strategy of product,become the motive and source of private banking development.This paper takes NJ bank as the case study object,and studies the customer oriented product strategy research of private banking in NJ bank.Around this theme,this paper mainly used the literature review method,example analysis and comparative analysis,as the theoretical basis of economics and management science theories,and makes brief analysis on development of NJ bank private banking business.At first,the article introduced the definition of private banking and the development at home and abroad,the development of the domestic industry,and also makes brief analysis on development environment of private banking in NJ bank.Secondly deeply investigated and studied in the current product development of private banking in NJ bank,analyzed the root causes of the present situation.Thirdly,with the status in NJ bank,put forward optimize customer-oriented development Suggestions of product strategy.Finally,presented the implementation of the private banking product strategy in NJ bank,including the organization guarantee,the human resources guarantee,the system guarantee,the technical guarantee and so on.This paper aims to present the situation of private banking product in NJ bank,in-depth investigate and research,and make advice in the development of the product strategy and guarantee measures,so as to solve the problems existing in its product development.Also hope to provide some reference for the industry in the face of similar development issues.
