Study On The Development Model Of Rural Tourism In Xingyang Tea Area

Due to the pressure of life and work pressure increasing,people travel demand more and more inclined to idyllic scenery,to return to nature,enjoy the country breath,so rural tourism attracts more and more people's attention and favor.But due to the development of a single mode,slow speed,lack of motivation and other issues,rural tourism has been hampered in practice in the development.Aiming at the above problems,some scholars at home and abroad were studied,but the research of the rural tourism development pattern with the characteristic of regional agricultural production,especially for the tea area of the development pattern of rural tourism case study less.This paper uses a series of research methods,such as SWOT analysis,literature research,experience summarization,empirical analysis,data analysis,field investigation,etc.Taking the rural tourism model of Xinyang tea area as the research object,combined with the successful case,rural tourism development at home and abroad such as Provence water town,the successful experience obtained Chengdu farmhouse and Wu tea village,rural tourism development cannot do without the guidance of the government and the participation of residents,to highlight the characteristics of the local culture,focus on brand development protection,strengthen regional cooperation,to play the role of industry associations.Also conducted a field survey on the status quo of rural tourism in Xinyang tea area.Through the analysis of the rural tourism development SWOT Xinyang tea area,understand the development of rural tourism in Xinyang tea area has the resources advantage,location advantage,policy advantage,but there is also a lack of investment and development and the depth of the inferior position;facing the market opportunities,but also facing the competition and the surrounding ecological threat.This paper from the development mode,management mode and service mode to build rural tourism model of Xinyang tea area.Xinyang tea area can develop farmhouse,farm sightseeing tea garden,tea culture tourism and the red tourism revolution mode,government + company +farmer mode of operation and management,experience,self-service and network three-in-one service model.In view of the problems in the area of rural tourism development process,the government should increase support for efforts to strengthen supervision,improve infrastructure construction;broaden communication channels,improve network service;strengthen personnel training,improve the service quality;ecological protection;integration of resources,to build a diversified tourism products and so on,in order to to provide a theoretical support for the construction of Xinyang tea area of rural tourism and new countryside!...
