Research On The Implementation Of Policy Oriented Agricultural Insurance In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Farmers

Agriculture,as the foundation of human survival,is always a "high incidence area" of disaster and risk,and the purpose of setting up agricultural insurance is to stabilize agricultural production,reduce the loss of disaster and disperse the risk.Because of its stable effect,a large number of countries and regions put agricultural insurance in their respective agricultural policy system."Agricultural insurance policy" implementation have important meaning to realize the efficiency of agriculture and farmers' income,but after the policy agricultural insurance system perfection,which in many aspects of the strategic significance should not be underestimated.This paper takes Henan Province as an example,to the investigation and analysis of the corresponding implementation of the policy of agricultural insurance from the perspective of farmers,by means of on-the-spot investigation and theoretical analysis of the combination of the way,take various factors correlation analysis and multi dimension analysis method to carry out such writing.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part of the research ideas and methods,as well as the full text of the framework of a brief analysis,and a total of domestic and foreign research on the policy of agricultural insurance.The second part is the introduction of the corresponding theory,indicating that the purpose of the implementation of policy oriented agricultural insurance is to maintain the normal economic order and social stability,protect the interests of farmers.The third part is the introduction of the situation of agricultural insurance in Henan province.The fourth part introduces the investigation method and the selection principle of the sample.The fifth part describes and analyzes the results of the survey,discusses the farmers in this area of the cognitive and evaluation and summary.The sixth part is based on the findings of the relevant recommendations.The results show that: first of all,farmers generally do not have a high sense of risk sharing,and therefore did not show too much participation in the policy of agricultural insurance interest.Secondly,most of the farmers on the evaluation of this insurance is not very high,we can see that there is no room for improvement in agricultural insurance.The results of such studies can also reflect the focus of the next event: one is to expand the influence of agricultural insurance,strengthen propaganda;two is to improve the quality of service,promote innovation;three is the government to strengthen the support;four is to realize scale management of agriculture,the construction of new agricultural business entities.
