Regional economic research for regional GDP and tertiary industry is often used in time series analysis, multivariate statistical analysis and general panel data model,However, spatial heterogeneity and spatial dependency are usually present in such problems. Based on this, this paper considered the regional economic problem by spatial econometric model.Firstly, study the spatial rules in the added value of the tertiary industry of the counties in Jiangsu Province through the global Moran's I index and local LISA plot. The conclusion is that there is spatial correlation between them .Then, the spatial error model is constructed and the empirical analysis is made on the added value of the tertiary industry of the counties in 2013 and it's influencing factors. The results show that the tertiary industry development in the counties is closely related to the level of local economic development and the level of labor and the level of urbanization. The development of the tertiary industry of each county is affected by the neighboring cities, there is a certain degree of independence on the development of the county.Secondly, use the global Moran's I index to analyze the spatial correlation of GDP of the 13 cities in Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2015.On this basis, building the spatial panel lag model with fixed effect to analyse the relationship between regional GDP and other variables .We have a conclusion that industrial added value has a significant impact on regional GDP and the regional GDP of in Jiangsu Province has the condition of convergence, and there is significant difference in the fixed effect parameter with the region. Finally, according to the research results, this paper provides the policy suggestions which are correspond with the regional economic development , and prospects the future research route.
