Research On Key Technology Of Live Chicken Network Sale

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,chicken has become a home cooking on people's dining-table.However,since the outbreak of avian influenza virus, how to achieve a safe purchase and consumption of live chicken has become the top priority of government.Nowadays, many local governments are vigorously implementing the'appointed spot slaughtering and carcass distribution' system, through the centralized slaughtering,cold chain transport,fresh listing and a series of measures to avoid the spread of avian influenza virus. However, this system has following defects: on the one hand, after killing over time, 'white poultry' tastes poor and its frozen cost must increase; on the other hand, consumers have various concerns for the safety and health of 'white poultry'. This paper introduces a type of live chicken network sale method and solves it's key technology, the method not only ensures the freshness of chicken and reduces the storage cost, but also realizes the accurate sale of live chicken.The main contents of this paper include: (1)Image preprocessing to the cockscomb, including image segmentation, image enhancement and binarization.Used Ostuthreshold segmentation method for image segmentation and adopted histogram equalization method for image enhancement, and got cockscomb binarization image finally. (2)Calculate cockscomb image similarity degree. This paper calculates the cockscomb similarity degree using contour feature. By extracting the contour line,the two-dimensional contour information is stored in a one-dimensional sequence to calculate the similarity. (3)Design live chicken sale platform. Introduce detailedly database and Web page design. The database contains four data tables are LiveCkikeninfo, userinfo, gysinfo and historyrecord. The Web page includes user register, user login, buy, similarity comparison, history orders and buyer information page. (4)Test live chicken sale platform, including test of user register, user login, buy, similarity comparison, buyer information and buyer information page, in order to ensure that the whole platform can run reliably and stably.
