| In recent years, with the development of China’s economy and the increasing in income, private cars have become the majority of ordinary people’s means of transport. With the rapid increasing in the number of private cars, many cities gradually show traffic programs, air pollution,fuel shortage and other city programs, and accelerate the worsening trend.In order to alleviate the bad trend, shared traffic came into being. Shared traffic is a shared transport concept that traffic regulation and urban development combine. Shared bicycle traffic system with its low-carbon environmental protection, less capital and infrastructure investment,convenience and other characteristics, becoming short-distance shared transport system instead of walking gradually. Meanwhile, it adjust the urban travel structure so as to achieve the sustainable development of urban transport.Sharing bicycle network research and optimal scheduling fit the five major development concepts of "green, innovation,coordination, openness and sharing" in our country, This is a new model about transportation in China to less production consumption, lower resource waste, more effective resource utilization and mutual benefit.Therefore, this paper analyzes the network eigenvalues and clusteri ng subgroups by using the shared cycling network as the research object.Based on the analysis of network eigenvalues and cluster subgroups, the optimal dispatching model is established to find the optimal scheduling strategy. The results of this paper are as follows:(1) The network characteristics of the value of a bike station with a high degree of responsibility as a traffic can not be underestimated traffic hub, and therefore show more contact with the surrounding site characte ristics, should consider expanding its size to improve the overall utilizati on of shared bicycles Efficiency, and consider setting up the dispatch cen ter;(2) It is found that the increase of the efficiency of the group of subgroups with the highest density in the subgroup will affect the efficiency of cycling in other subgroups. The subgroups have the greatest contribution to the efficiency of the shared bicycles. Therefore, the scale design and management of the sites within the subgroups should be considered, and the scheduling area should be divided as a reference.(3)Proposed two scheduling models. One is to consider only the sho rtest distance and the scheduling requirements of the general linear progr amming scheduling model to solve the general linear programming optimal strategy; one is to consider the driving time, scheduling vehicle capa city, operating costs and other factors, put forward based on the cost And the efficiency of the integer linear programming model, and the use of c olumn generation algorithm for solving, the optimal strategy for the sche duling of those who choose.(4)The case analysis part completes the construction of the shared tr affic network of Qingzhou, and analyzes the centrality, the center of thenetwork, the structure hole and the agglomeration subgroup. The optimal scheduling strategy is obtained by selecting the local network and optim izing the route through the network eigenvalue, and the feasibility of the optimal scheduling model is verified.In this paper, the social network analysis method is used to analyze the characteristics of the shared bicycle network and the group of aggreg ates. Based on it, the scheduling center and the scheduling area are establ ished, and the optimal scheduling model is proposed to provide the traffi c management department with a new regional traffic dispatching Ideas,with a certain practical reference. |
