The development of enterprises need the support of a large number of professionals, especially the high-tech enterprises represented by IT enterprises. In recent years, with the development of the society and the fierce competition, the overloaded work makes the employees of IT enterprises face more and more pressure. The fact has proved that job stress has a serious impact on the individual's physical and mental health, quality of life, personal and organizational performance, and even the society.Stress management has aroused wide concern of the whole society, which indicates that it will become an important issue of human resource management.In order to understand IT employees' job stress deeply and put forward effective management strategies, this paper begins with the concepts of job stress, then preliminarily make the index system of IT enterprise employees'job stress evaluation through the study of relevant literature; then designing job stress questionnaire and selecting the appropriate sample to survey;then using SPSS software to analyse the corresponding conclusions so can select indicators to constitude the main index system, including the work often needs work overtime and have to work long hours; need to learn new knowledge and technology constantly; a slow job promotion even hopeless;enterprises do not care about the career planning of employees; no clear vision of the enterprise's future direction; finding a suitable job difficult so can not easily change; the lack of job training; enterprises do not adopt flexible working arrangements according to the nature of IT industry:staff's decision-making percentage is not high because concentrated rights;enterprise has no reasonable policies and regulations (salary system,performance appraisal).Then determine the weight of each index through the expert scoring method to build a IT enterprise employees' job stress evaluation model.At last, taking the Yantai Huadong Electronic Software Technology Limited Company as an example and using the evaluation model to evaluate the job stress of the employees. Through the evaluation analysis to make out that overall employees have large stress, especially the basic staff. Finally, on the basis of the principles of pressure management,putting forward stress management in three aspects of early prevention,interim control and post feedback from the enterprise's point of view; then the overall staff solutions on various sources of stress and specific coping strategies for employees of different job levels from the individual point of view.
