Research On Project Memory System Prototype Orienting Project Knowledge Sharing

Project memory is a collection of project knowledge and project information generated and applied in the project process. It is an important object in the research of project management and knowledge management. The effective application of project memory can help project members access project information more effectively and study project knowledge in-depth. Actually, the project information and project knowledge are often managed separately in the process of project management, and the project members can only get one-sided, incomplete content when they want to hunt and use the previous project knowledge. What's more, the background, environment and other information are also lost with the project knowledge, which caused a huge waste of information and knowledge to project management in the enterprise. Therefore,there is an strong need for a viable method and technology to effectively manage and use the project memory for enterprises.For the issues above, through the method of literature analysis and design scientific research, this paper summarizes the research status of project memory, and presents the four-dimensional framework of project memory, which shows the dynamic connection between multi-dimension and multi-element of project memory. Then, based on the frame structure and constituent elements of project memory, this paper designs a project memory ontology representation model for project knowledge sharing. And the ontology is used to design the relationship between different entities and entities, which effectively integrates the project information and project knowledge generated and applied in the process of project management. Finally, this paper studies the project memory recommendation method for project knowledge sharing, and puts forward the similarity calculation method of project memory, which effectively achieves the matching between project information and project knowledge. In addition, this paper establishes the project memory system prototype for project knowledge sharing to verifying the usefulness and effectiveness of the above algorithms and models.In summary,the research of this paper expounds the constituent elements, representation methods and recommendation methods of project memory, which provides an effective theoretical framework and realization way for project management, knowledge management and information management, which can help project members to better project knowledge learning.
