Although more and more countries are using clean energy as a result of the shortcomings of the dominant fossil fuel resources in the existing energy mix, taking into account the economics of new energy and the feasibility of large-scale promotion, LNG It is an alternative source of energy for oil and energy, which is clean, efficient and safe. It is supported by national policy. In this context, this paper studies the marine LNG business of CHIMBUSCO, with a view to providing reference to the existing business of CHIMBUSCO and to a certain extent improving the environmental pollution of petroleum energy.In this paper, the advantages of marine LNG are expounded from the aspects of green,economy and safety of marine LNG,and the existing filling system of marine LNG is introduced. Then, according to the market of CHIMBUSCO Sales volume,market share and sales network layout of the CHIMBUSCO marine LNG business status of the card analysis, summed up the existence of business problems; on the basis of the use of polynomial fitting and BP neural network on CHIMBUSCO marine LNG demand The results show that there will be a lot of room for development in the future of China's marine LNG business. Finally, this paper takes the radiation capacity of the central network of the CHIMBUSCO LNG filling network as the main factor. The fuzzy C - means clustering algorithm based on simulated annealing is used to optimize the existing filling network. And the rationality of the method is verified by analysis.The research of this paper is an effective combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, which has certain reference function to promote the development of marine LNG business of CHIMBUSCO, and also play a reference role to other domestic LNG suppliers.
