In recent years,many large buildings have been built in big cities and small cities.Therefore,the demand for elevators is also increasing.With the extensive use of elevators,the frequency of elevator accidents has also increased.The safety of elevators once attracts the attention of the government,the public,and the media agencies,and become a hot topic after the people's meal.As a loss-type mechanical equipment,the elevator implements a regular maintenance system every two weeks.However,after the elevator enters the depletion period,the equipment wears more seriously.As time accumulates,the elevator performance continues to decline.It may not have reached the specified maintenance time,and the equipment has experienced more serious failures.Therefore,the current regular elevator maintenance system in China still has certain drawbacks.Under this background,the subject establishes the model of the elevator's remaining service life.It can not only determine the elevator's non-scheduled preventive maintenance time according to the elevator's healthy operation status,avoiding the elevator safety accident,but also can find the inflection point of the elevator's retirement time,realize the prediction of the remaining service life of the elevator,and provide theoretical and technical guidance for the accurate forecasting of China's unscheduled elevator maintenance system and the remaining service life of the elevator.It has a very broad application prospect.Firstly,the model of elevator's safety remaining service life under non-maintenance conditions is established.The Weibull distribution is used to fit the elevator's safety remaining service life curve under non-maintenance conditions and predict the time of the first preventive maintenance;then,the model of elevator's safe remaining service life under condition of maintenance is established.By introducing the slope threshold and the technical meteorological indicators,the preventive maintenance interval of elevators and the retirement time of elevators are predicted;finally,the application of the model is completed using 1 000 sets of data collected from the intelligent elevator cloud platform management system of a company in Harbin.The forecast result is as follows: after 8 preventive maintenances of the elevator,the point of time when the elevator reaches the preventive maintenance again is the elevator scrap point,and the unscheduled maintenance interval of the adjacent two preventive maintenance is accurately given,and the reliability of model is verified.
