Along with the rapid development of mobile Internet industry,the emergence of a large number of mobile Internet companies,there is a shortage of talent,talent competition has been transformed into the mobile Internet companies will not be able to see the smoke of war.Accompanied by a severe challenge of talent management of the mobile Internet business,the enterprise personnel management method and other traditional high salaries to attract and retain talent,obviously can not meet the development of enterprises and the needs of talent,which highlights the importance of employment value orientation.Create employment value orientation,successfully create a unique employer brand can attract talent,to retain employees,but the mobile Internet companies lack the design of employment value proposition,employment value proposition so the mobile Internet companies into the differences between the design of key management.In this paper,the value proposition of employment as the research content,the mobile Internet companies as the research object,the design of mobile Internet company's employment value proposition,based on this proposed mobile Internet enterprise employer brand strategy.In this study,the author puts forward the implementation process of the employment value proposition with the implementation of brand positioning,strategic positioning and value proposition.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of mobile Internet companies,mobile Internet companies to design the value proposition of employment.This thesis is divided into 5 chapters,which form a complete study.The first chapter introduces the background of the talent management of mobile Internet and the importance of the value proposition of employment.The second chapter is the literature review,systematically analyzes the brand positioning,strategic positioning,value proposition and the review process,combined with the characteristics of the existing positioning process,draw the shortcomings of current positioning process,summed up the characteristics of the necessity and the implementation of the value proposition of employment.The third chapter is about the design of the value proposition of the mobile Internet enterprises.Based on the above analysis of the value proposition of employment,this paper puts forward the general process of the enterprise value proposition.Next,according to the general process of the implementation of the employment value proposition,the value proposition of mobile Internet companies.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the mobile Internet business,to develop mobile Internet business strategy,talent strategy is put forward on the basis of the mobile Internet business,and to determine the target of talent market,talent to understand the target value of attention through the questionnaire and interviews.Combining the future development strategy,the ability level of the enterprise,as well as the competitor's situation,the author selects the value of competitive advantage,and then designs the value proposition of the mobile Internet enterprise.The fourth chapter is based on the employer brand strategy employment value proposition,put forward the employer brand strategy for the enterprise to better shape the employer brand give advice and suggestions.The fifth chapter studies the innovation and limitations,and puts forward the innovation and deficiencies of this paper.
