A Study On The Influence Of FDI On The Technology Innovation Of Producer Service Industry

With the further deepening of economic development and social division of labor,the development trend of the world economy gradually changes from the "industrial economy" to "service economy",producer service has become the fastest growing part in the development,and begins to play an increasingly important role.Producer service industry,whose development level has become an important indicator of a country or region modernization and internationalization,provides a strong professional technical support and assistance for the manufacturing industry and promote developed National and regional economic prosperity.Many countries such as developed countries,emerging countries and countries in transition,have been aware of the importance of producer services on their own technological innovation,and competes fiercely with each other in producer service FDI,which aims to use the FDI of producer services to promote technology innovation ability improvement.At present,all the countries in the world have raised the technical innovation to the strategic height of national development,and have taken advantage of the high-tech industries such as information technology to seize the commanding heights of a new round of technological innovation.Under the background,the producer services on the importance of technological innovation has become increasingly prominent and global services FDI gradually shifted to the field of producer services,a study on the influence of FDI on the Technology Innovation of Producer service industry has important significance.This paper mainly studies the influence of producer service FDI on technological innovation,in order to find out the way to attract foreign investment,so as to improve the strategy of attracting foreign investment,so as to better serve the technological innovation.First of all,this paper,which is based on the existing theories,makes a literature review on the influencing factors of technological innovation,and the influence on technological innovation of producer services FDI as well as service industry FDI.Secondly,this paper analyzes the FDI of producer services on the impact of technological innovation mechanism and the service industry present situation and developing trend of FDI both at home and abroad.Thirdly,with econometric model,this paper uses panel data from the regional differences and industry differences to study the influence of producer services on FDI technology innovation.The empirical results show that the influence which exists regional differences: the western region’sinfluence to promote the technological innovation is the largest,while the eastern and central regions are a little smaller;and there is a remarkable difference in the producer industry.Finally,based on the conclusions of empirical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the policy of attracting foreign direct investment from different regions and different industries in order to make a better play to the influence of producer service FDI on technological innovation.
