The contradiction between power demand and energy resources in the region is not balanced.Large capacity,long-distance power transmission engineering to achieve greater range of our optimal allocation of energy resources provides a physical support, but also provide a broader trading platform for power trading trans provincial.Based on the current China's electric power industry reform situation in this paper, considering the actual situation of power grid enterprises to carry out inter provincial trade, for participation by the provincial power grid company's inter provincial electricity trade, further research on issues related to inter provincial and inter regional trading.First of all, according to the provincial power grid enterprises to participate in the inter provincial trade, separately from the power transaction cost structure, cost analysis and modeling are refined according to the variable cost and fixed cost, and the impact of environmental cost, the establishment of a comprehensive cost of cross region electricity exchange model. At the same time, the establishment of inter provincial transaction model, transaction model takes the maximum economic benefits, the maximum to meet the demand for the target function, and considering the safety and environmental constraints. Finally, combined with the central and northwest region of the inter provincial trade simulation example, the multi-objective optimization model of particle swarm optimization algorithm for the transaction,to verify the feasibility of the model and its solving method and the validity of the quantitative analysis of key factors and the impact of inter provincial trade results, including the purchase and sale of electricity price, supply and demand and side grid transmission capacity.
