With the steady development of Lishui economy,the change of economic growth mode and the change of external environment,the development of Lishui power grid is facing new tasks and new requirements.In order to regulate access to all kinds of new energy,Lishui power grid to ensure overall health and stable operation,it is necessary to analyze the balance of supply and demand to access the Lishui area to do all kinds of new energy,promote the reasonable layout of new energy in the region,on the one hand to meet the healthy development of local development and utilization of new energy,need a stable and reliable operation of the other is the local area the grid,and greatly promoted the work of energy saving and emission reduction in Lishui.This paper first describes the general situation of Lishui power grid in 12 th Five-Year,during the Lishui 110 kV power grid has basically realized the zoning power,to avoid the 110 kV grid cross County long-distance transmission network structure more clear,more reasonable operation mode,improved power supply reliability,power quality and power economy.Secondly,this paper discusses the development conditions of the photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation resources in Lishui,and analyzes the potential of photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation projects.Based on the history and development of the annual electricity load and the economic and social development situation in Lishui area was analyzed,combined with the economic and social development planning in Lishui,Lishui during 2016 ~2020 total electricity consumption and maximum load of the whole society.According to the construction situation of 500 kV power grid in Lishui from 2016 to2020,the connection capacity of new energy total installed capacity is balanced.According to Lishui "13th Five-Year" during the new energy development plan,the statistics of the Lishui area of new energy access gap.In order to solve the contradiction between the new energy shortage in the new period of water shortage,the demand for new energy sources in the period of abundant water is analyzed.Through the analysis of "13th Five-Year" in Lishui during the rational development of new energy and improve the transmission capability of Lishui power grid put forward feasible suggestions.
