Research On The Operation Mode Of Venture Capital Government Guide Fund Of Inner Mongolia

Venture Capital Guide Fund in China is created on our own national conditions and the basis of experiences of developed countries.In 2009,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region set up the first venture capital guide fund,which was designed to play the role of government capital leverage to support the development of venture capital enterprises to guide the social capital into the field of venture capital,investment in the autonomous region to focus on the development of the industry.With the continuous development and perfection of the government venture capital guide funds,how to achieve the guiding effect of the venture capital guide fund,how to choose the suitable fund managers for the development of local economics,how to ensure the realization of financial capital security income,all these issues become increasingly prominent to be resolved.In this paper,through the study of the existing operation mode of Inner Mongolia venture capital guide fund,it is found that there are some problems such as limited source of funds and lack of high quality investment projects,capital investment does not meet the policy orientation,etc.The main reason is that there are differences between policy orientation and investors Interest claims,incentive and compensation mechanism is not clear and so on.In view of the problems and causes,the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions.The government should promises the appropriate incentive and compensation mechanism to invest in foreign projects,increase the early investment of the investment enterprises,build and promote the guide fund,and diversify the exit mechanism.
