Medicine is a special commodity related to the health and safety of every citizen in our society.Advertising,plays an important role in disseminating and contributing to the growth of Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry.Nowadays the TV medicine ads occupy a monopoly position in china.At the same time,illegal pharmaceutical advertisements in China are getting worse and worse that driven by economic interest.The play form of some local TV stations' s medicine ads become diversification and concealment,in order to benefit maximization.And it is difficult to find these illegal medicine ads,so it become a major threat at the stage.The"13th Five-Year of National Medicine Safety plan" has specifically emphasized taking actions against releasing illegal pharmaceutical advertisements,these are the times of our society and scholars to explore.This article from the medicine advertising and related legal basis theory,through the analysis of TV ads supervision status of Shandong Province,the city of J TV ads and explore the existing problems and reasons,and put forward the further work should be perfected,some suggestions and methods of drug advertising regulation.The article has five parts:The first part:Introduction.This part mainly states the origin and significance of the topic,and summarizes the present situation,existing problems and solutions,and the research ideas,methods and innovations.The second part:the theoretical basis and practical necessity of the supervision of TV medicine advertisements.This part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of this paper,introduces the main body,the object and the rules of the supervision system,and the necessity of the argument.The third part:Taking J city as an example,this part expounds the supervision system of drug advertisement in J City,using the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the effect of J City,the main problems and the reasons of the supervision of J City.The fourth part:the experience of foreign medicine advertising supervision.This part is combined with China' s actual situation and learn from the advanced experience of the United States,Germany and other countries,proposed to improve the supervision of TV medicine advertising.The fifth part:put forward to perfect the supervision of TV medicine advertisement.This part of the city for the advertising regulatory TV medicine analysis above analysis of several aspects to analyze the reasons,to strengthen in the government regulatory functions and collaborative governance,the government's credibility,the advertising supervision legal system,TV ads regulation process,consumer medical safety consciousness and common sense in general medicine forward way.
