Research On The Method Of Improving The Success Rate Of Remote Recharge Of Electricity Charges

With the gradual implementation of Grid state of electricity information collection system "full coverage,full collection,full cost control",ma ny domestic provinces and cities has been fully realized through the online bank,We Chat and other Internet channels to pay for electricity fees,providing convenience for users to pay for electricity fees.By the end of 2015,most of the regions that use remote fee control electric meters have already opened online payment service.But because the mechanism to realize the local cost control and remote cost control is different,the local cost control area is relatively backward in the promotion to pay for electricity fees online,only Beijing,Sichuan some areas opened this business.In the remote fees control mode,the cost control function is realized remotely through the system.After the user pays the fees in a remote way,the electricity consumption is automatically added to the user system account,and the charging failure is not present.But in the local fees control mode,the fees control function will be achieved through the energy meter.following the remote payment,the fees need to be recharged into the electricity meter through the acquisition system.the recharging failure will cause the users of electricity can not be recharged into the electricity meter,the power supply company need to recharge on-site.if the success rate of remote recharge is too low,then it will be produced a large number of on-site work to increase the burden on the operation of power supply enterprises.In this paper,the author analysed the principle of remote electricity recharge on the local fees control methods and the current situation of the electric information acquisition system and the marketing business application system in Ningxia area,it summed up the method for lifting electricity remote recharge success rate on local fees control mode by analyse of the impact factors of remote electricity recharge success through the test,,it will ensuring the smooth promotion of electricity remote recharge business.The research of this paper has certain guiding significance for the promotion of remote charging service for local electricity toll collection in domestic and foreign areas.
