Research On The Value Evaluation Of Photovoltaic Power Generation Enterprise

In recent years,China's economy has reached a state of the "new normal".In this state,China's economy structure will become more optimization and upgrade.At the same time,China's energy use will pay more attention to clean,efficient,and reasonable structure.Electric power industry is the basic industry of national economy,and it's necessary for electric power industry to reform the supply side structural.Vigorously developing photovoltaic,wind and other new energy generation will become an important measure for China's power industry to adjust the power supply structure.With the annual increase of PV capacity in China,the number of PV enterprises is also increasing,and the merger or reorganization of photovoltaic power generation enterprises will occur more frequently.In the meantime,the transfer of photovoltaic power plants or other economic services will also occur more frequently.All these circumstances put forward a new way for reasonable and fair evaluation of PV enterprise value.In view of this,based on the basic theory of enterprise valuation,this paper analyzes the value connotation,value composition and influencing factors of PV enterprises.This paper also constructs an enterprise value evaluation model for evaluating the economic value and the CCER project's environmental protection value of photovoltaic enterprises.Finally,this paper carries out a photovoltaic power generation enterprise value evaluation case analysis and proposes the operational strategies for photovoltaic power generation enterprises.Through the research of this paper,we hope to guide the photovoltaic enterprise value evaluation work,and promote the conduction of the photovoltaic power generation enterprises transfer,restructuring and other economic servicesFirstly,based on the basic theory of enterprise valuation,this paper defines the value connotation of photovoltaic enterprises.This paper analyzes the basic connotation,basic methods and basic steps of enterprise value evaluation.Secondly,this paper studies the influencing factors of photovoltaic enterprise value.Based on the analysis of characteristics and value structure of photovoltaic enterprises,this paper studies the influencing factors of photovoltaic enterprise value from three aspects: macroeconomic factors,industry environment factors and enterprise self factors.Thirdly,in this paper,the value evaluation model of photovoltaic enterprise is constructed.In the constructed value evaluation model,the enterprise free cash flow is be used to assess the photovoltaic power enterprise economic value,and the real option method is be used to assess the photovoltaic power enterprise environmental value of the CCER project.In addition,the characteristics and principles of photovoltaic power generation enterprise value evaluation are also be studied in this part.Finally,this paper studies photovoltaic enterprise value evaluation case,and the operation strategy of photovoltaic power generation enterprise is put forward from the perspective of enterprise value evaluation.Taking the actual case as the research object,this paper uses the construction of photovoltaic enterprise value evaluation model for case analysis,and the enterprise operation suggestions for upgrading photovoltaic enterprise value are put forward.
