With the increasing importance of supply chain management,more and more enterprises begin to realize that it is of great significance to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with suppliers.At present,although some scholars have studied the supplier evaluation of the communication equipment industry,the evaluation index is relatively obsolete,the systematic research on the enterprise is less,and the subjective elements of the evaluation method are more,which is not enough for the evaluation of the supplier of the communication equipment industry in China Choose to provide sufficient theoretical basis.In view of the above problems,this paper takes M company as the research object,and makes a detailed study on the supplier selection problem.First of all,this paper has carried on the thorough research to the domestic and foreign literature,has elaborated the importance of the supplier evaluation choice,and elaborated the present situation of the domestic and foreign supplier evaluation and the choice,and carried out the BP neural network necessary Explanation.Secondly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the communication equipment industry and the status of supplier evaluation,and studies the existing problems of M supplier’s current supplier evaluation.On the basis of this,this paper reconstructs the M supplier evaluation system by reading a large number of documents,issuing the questionnaire and factor analysis to the relevant personnel,and elaborating the various indexes.Finally,based on the evaluation index system of communication equipment suppliers,BP neural network algorithm is used to establish the supplier evaluation model.The evaluation model of the supplier is realized by MATLAB.The model is trained by the large number of supplier data collected,the appropriate training function and various parameters are selected,and then the model is fitted by the error analysis of the detected data And the ability to predict good predictors.The model is used to simulate the target supplier,and the evaluation result is obtained.The simulation results provide reference for the supplier selection of M Company.
