Research On Supply Chain Inventory Coordination Control With Logistics Disruption

Supply chain inventory management plays an important role,it's a link to realize value.Controlling risks is necessary because members in the supply chain are overmuch.Especially in recent years,logistics disruptions happened with disaster appearing frequently.Facing the customers' needs increasing uncertainly and dynamically,product life cycle shortened.When logistics disruption happened,the supply chain inventory command will become dynamically and hard.Based on this background,this paper analyzed supply chain inventory commanding feature.This paper analyzed supply chain inventory status when it suffered logistics interruption.And the research carried on by system dynamics with the simulation software Vensim.First of all,the paper analyzed a single supply chain with two interruption called situation1 and situation2 according to the location that logistics interruption happened.Secondly it established a single chain inventory inventory model in which researched the traditional model and VMI model when suffered logistics interruption.Then it analyzed inventory changes under these two models,and countermeasures were put forward according to the changing result.The results showed that total inventory under VMI was about of that under traditional inventory management when logistics interruption happened.And each node of the inventory was less than that under traditional inventory management.VMI inventory management mode was more stable than traditional inventory management model.Then the paper established a benefitsharing constract model to coordinate the supply chain under the disruption situation.Finally,it established clustered inventory models called harmonious model,monophyletic coordination model and multi-source coordination model respectively.Meanwhile the emergency replenishment variable was introduced to simulate logistics disruptions.And contrasting the model through total inventory analysis,emergency replenishment deviation analysis and customer satisfaction.The results showed that multi-source coordination model on cluster supply chain could improved the shortage situation of the supply chain and it could improve customer satisfaction.Therefore,it could reduced cost of supply chain caused by logistics management.
