Research On The Competition Model Between The Supply Chains Dealed With Demand Disruption Based On System Dynamics

Nowadays, the traditional mode of simple supply,production,sales concepts can not meet the new demands of modern enterprises and the whole market competition environment, thus supply chain management emergy and is deepened step by step. More and more domestic and international large enterprises tend to form a union with other relevant interests members, share more value-added benefits from the supply chain enterprise members cooperation, at the same time, bear the possible risk together. Meanwhile, a great deal of successful cases are also proved that the competition mode of modern enterprise has gradually turned to competition between supply chains but not the competition between enterprises.The supply chain members seek for the cooperation opportunities in possible existence of competition, thus it can effectively improve enterprise competitiveness and gain the profits, at the same time,occupies the advantage relatively in the whole competition circumstance to achieve mutual benefits. So it is the basic guarantee of survival for the enterprise itself, moreover it is crucial that the supply chain which the enterprise is in triumph over other supply chains. It is the key for enterprise to survive in the long-term.Supply chain presents a similar net chain structure which is comprised of numerous nodes in the specific way, the features is complex itself. The internal and external environmental uncertainty make it more complicate. For instance, the terrorist attack on September 11th in 2001,the frequent emergencies(such as the SARS(2003), the global grain and industrial raw material rises in price(2007), the security incidents of Sanlu dairy products(2008), the cooking oil rise(2009),the Yushu earthquake in Sichuang province and the Mexico petroleum leakage event(2010)and so on. The emegencies above to be mentioned are unpredictable,but the results are quite terrible. So the dissertation researches on the disruptive influence on supply chain, then establishes the related strategies,reduces incident the impact on the whole system effectively. Now it has arouse the concerns about the supply chain disruption issues by the enterprises and academics and became a significant field in the future.The disseration makes use of System Dynamics (SD) to model the competition of supply chains.In view of system thinking, applying causality diagram perform the complex dynamic relationships between variables and depicting the flow charts, it establishes the model equations; In addition of the random demand factors, establishing the competition model between supply chains under demand disruption condition. To make it more real,conforming the public emergencies in the actual situation; Then the members of one demand disruptive supply chain in competitive supply chains system are coordinated by contracts. The valid buyback contract is designed which improve benefits on the whole and insward chain members, meantime, the supply chain adventages are strengthened; Finally, the dissertation uses Vensim to compare and analysis the models, simulate the different schemes under the different parameters environment and analysis the inward reasons of the systemic simulation conclusions, the effectiveness of the model is verified.
