Biomass energy is abundant.Using is benefit,waste is harmful for straws.At present,our country still has more than 2 tons of no effective use of straw resources.Straw comprehensive utilization dilemma is caused by contradiction between straw utilization and recovery cost.The proportion of logistics costs can not be ignored in the total cost of straw recycling.The high cost of supply chain logistics and the difficulty to collect decentralized straws hinder the healthy development of the whole straw utilization industry.The first condition to realize the industrialization of straw utilization is to realize the rationalization of straw logistics network.Based on this,the research object of this paper is straw recycling logistics network optimization.In theory,the model and method of straw recycling logistics network research are enriched.In reality reasonable logistics network layout scheme can provide reference for enterprises to provide logistics support for promoting straw industrialization.Firstly,this paper carries on the research on logistics network layout optimization involved in the operation cost analysis,logistics network and logistics center location theory.Secondly,the existing straw recycling logistics network is analyzed from four aspects: straw resource characteristics,straw recycling logistics network,network layout status and layout optimization.Through analysis,it is found that the main reasons of high logistics cost are the large quantity of straw,uneven distribution,imbalance between supply and demand,low added value,small density and vulnerability.Straw recycling logistics network consists of straw suppliers,logistics centers,demand points and other logistics nodes and transport lines.China's straw recycling logistics network is based on three node network structure.The problem of straw demand,logistics nodes and original unreasonable layout of the existing straw prompt logistics network layout optimization.The main content of straw recycling logistics network layout include layout analysis,logistics center,and new alternative selected distribution scheme.Thirdly,the optimization model of straw recycling logistics network layout is constructed.In the first place the paper determines the target model,including minimum cost,optimal service and minimum demand cost.Then the paper uses activity based costing to analyze the cost of straw recycling logistics from the perspective of activity partition and activity center confirmation,resource determination,accounting activity cost and unit activity cost.Finally straw recycling logistics network optimization bi-level model has been constructed and its goal includes lowest logistics network total cost consisting of transportation costs,fixed costs,operating costs and minimum demand point cost.At last,a numerical example is given to prove the bi level model and genetic algorithm can realize straw recycling logistics network optimization.
