Since 1998,China's insurance agency industry has developed quickly to a new stage,where the number of agency has been swarming,business scale has been expanding,its prominent contribution to the industry has making it higher in the industry,a main force of insurance agency market.Along with the social economy development and the continuous improvement of the public risk awareness,insurance demand has increased,which is bound to make the role of insurance professional agency higher,and which requires the reform of the insurance agency system.Meanwhile,because it started late and has a weak foundation,the development of China's insurance agency industry is not in accordance with the standard of the socio-economic development and the requirement of its own system reform.SA Insurance Agency Company was founded in 2009,It is one of the earliest insurance agencies of Mainland China,and has been exploring and developing with a steady step,gradually expanding the scale and setting up many branches in Hebei Province.And in November of 2007,China Insurance Regulatory Commission has unveiled the policy“Several opinions about the development of insurance intermediary market",by which it is to encourage professional insurance agencies'development to a greater level with a more flexible mechanism.In 2009,it has authorized the requisition of national agencies.In this context,the SA Insurance Agency Company should be highly aware of how to seize this historical opportunity,implement the breakthrough,which is the most important strategic problem the company is facing.In this paper,SA insurance agency as the object of study,taking a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the SA insurance agency analysis,through comparative analysis concluded:SA insurance agency should implement the target focus strategy,will operate Regional focus on Hebei Province,look at the country,the customer base focused on shareholders,large or systematic industry customers,insurance products will focus on policy insurance and local economic development of supporting products,product development,underwriting,claims,investment,Marketing,customer service and other six aspects of the implementation of the focus of the measures to establish a competitive advantage.To ensure the implementation of the strategy to develop a set of supporting safeguards:First,to reshape the company culture:Second,to re-build the organizational structure,adjust the functions of the department:Third,the establishment of an orderly human resources reserves;Centralized management,hierarchical management,process standardization,licensing differentiated financial management system:five is the organization of the classification assessment,by the branch of the annual task objectives.Six is to strengthen marketing management;seven is to strengthen the bank,financial security and insurance companies in-depth cooperation.
