As one of the main marketing channels of property insurance company,personal agent marketing plays an important role in the development of property insurance.However,compared to the premium contribution of life insurance,the premium contribution is relatively low in personal agent marketing channel of property insurance.Even rising Internet insurance contributes new growth point to individual agents,the development of personal agent marketing is still stagnant due to its outdated business model.Recently,with the improving awareness of insurance and associated rising insurance needs,the number of individual agents has increased a lot.But traditional personal agent of property insurance marketing models could not perfectly adapt to current marketing needs.Based on the changing trend,it is necessary for personal agent of property insurance market to make innovative changes to its business model.With the rapid rise of mobile Internet technology,the model that personal agent market in mobile Internet platform has gradually become the focus of major property insurance companies.In this context,Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance Company of China,Ltd strive to push out CHUANGBAO network in April 2016,which based on the mobile Internet-a large platform which can achieve the combination of property insurance personal agents.The personal agent of property insurance can complete all the business content of the client and customer management through the mobile side.CHUANGBAO network will be fully applied to all aspects of the property insurance personal agent marketing.So the buyers and sellers can truly achieve transparency and sharing of information in the transaction process.At the same time,the mobile Internet marketing platform of property insurance personal agent can not only reduce marketing costs,but also increase the positive of personal insurance agents on the sale of small property insurance and further tap the potential insurance demand in social and economic life.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to use the mobile Internet platform to explore the transformation of property insurance personal agent in marketing.This report is based on the research result from Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance Company of China,Ltd Jiang Xi branch in a hope that we can analyze the restricting factors existing in the development of CHUANGBAO network platform.Meanwhile,I offer some proposals for CHUANGBAO network’s long term development by using standard analysis method.The research report include five parts.The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of property insurance personal agent in marketing and explains the core concepts and the related theory of economics theoretically.The second part defines the concept of property insurance personal agent marketing on the mobile Internet platform structure and analysis four advantages of the rapid growth of users in the mobile Internet platform,precise positioning in customers,diversified marketing mode and convenient business way.At the same time,this part further expounds the importance and necessity of property insurance personal agent marketing on the mobile Internet platform.The third part grasps the platform and the membership level in CHUANGBAO network of Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance Company of China,Ltd Jiang Xi branch and conducts a comprehensive analysis of its membership development,premium income and management system construction.The fourth part of the research report focuses on summarizing the concept of consumer,the marketing functions,the risk of property insurance personal agents,the Internet insurance regulatory and other seven constraints in the development process of CHUANGBAO network.This article finally propose a thinking path of long-term development of CHUANGBAO network,including paying attention to the management of county personnel agency,promoting multiparty cooperation actively,improving the function of the platform design,increasing the advantage of competitive difference,establishing the industry information review mechanism of property insurance personal agent,strengthening supervision of internet insurance and so on.In our country,the development of property insurance personal agent marketing on the mobile Internet platform is still at the exploratory stage,but its importance for the transformation of insurance company personal agent marketing has become increasingly prominent.Especially for the Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance Company of China,Ltd Jiang Xi branch,CHUANGBAO network is a rare chance to leapfrog development of strategic opportunities.It plays an important role in promoting the enthusiasm of property insurance personal agent and enhancing the capacity of property insurance personal agents.I believe CHUANGBAO network of Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance Company of China,Ltd Jiang Xi branch will break through the existing shackles and achieve rapid development through together efforts from all levels of institution in the future.
