Research On The Development Strategies Of AHCCC

With the rapid development of modern information technology and being used widely in various fields,the communications industry plays a importent role in social and economic gr owing.Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT)promotes the transf ormation of communications industry in every five-years plan positively,which means a natio nal support in the research,deployment and utilization of new technology.In order to encoura ge the development of communications industry,China also adjusts and increases the investm ent in infrastructure of this field.As one of the enterprises work on the communication constr uction and service,AHCCC face opportunities and challenges in such a period full of competi tion.In this paper,first of all,the author discuss the opportunities and challenges in developm ent environment of the domestic and international communication industry with the considera tion of the actual situation of AHCCC company.Also,the author will formulates suitable dev elopment strategies to fit the keen competition in this industry with an scientific attitude,to re ach the development goal of AHCCC,which also be a reference for other companies in this in dustry.The object of this thesis is the development strategies of AHCCC.In the beginning,the a uthor research and summarizes the business condition and development condition of AHCCC company,including present domestic and international communications industry with strategi c management theories.Meanwhile,the author also use several related tools to analyze AHC CC company deeply,including business position,goals of development of medium and long t erm,formulation of strategies etc.Finally,The author puts forward the following six measures to make sure those strategies can be carried out,including strengthening enterprise innovatio n,completing HR system,establishing platform for informatization management,enhancing c orporate culture construction,reinforcing risk identification and control,improving execution of strategy implementation.
